Through fitness, I learned a lot about habit-building and taking small steps to reach your goals. As a result, my goal setting is unconventional: I prefer not to rest on my laurels.
I prefer to use them as stepping stones to the next step, and the next step.
The goals are things I need to cover to get where I want to be.
