Hey Reforged Legion!

One of the biggest challenges I encountered when beginning my personal development journey was building a sustainable habit for my desired goals. In today's information age, things tend to get overwhelming and disheartening as there is so much conflicting information out there.

As a result, we wanted to announce the initial release of our Reforge Yourself: Fit Habit group and course!

The Fit Habit is a free Facebook course that sets up a system or framework around the following three pillars:

  1. The Science of Habit-Building and Adherence:We dive into the science of habit-building and how to actually develop a lifestyle change when it comes to training and nutrition.
  2. Flexible Nutrition Methods and System: We provide you with a flexible dieting system that you can use to optimize your nutrition.
  3. Exercise Science: We provide you exercise science through understanding muscular function and anatomy.

For the first release of the course, we cover the basics of habit-building, exercise and nutrition.

More will come once as time progresses and we continue to add content on our website, social media and more.

I’ve had clients in the past tell me they wanted to lose an “x” amount of pounds in one month.

Why the one month?

“I just want it done quickly.”

This is understandable... I have been there. But I've always had bad experiences and problems with fitness goals like this.

They’re always outcome-based. High expectations with a probability that they might not be achieved or accomplished.

Things like “I need to drop 15lbs for my wedding in 2 weeks” are always things that people desire for just a specific moment in their life.

This is one of the reasons why I believe people fail.

We expect so much with our goals, but we don't have systems or processes to get to them.

We need to go beyond this with the formulation with the acceptance of a lifestyle change… and of what I like to call Badass Goals.
