I'm excited to give you The Muscle Compendium, an eBook dedicated to muscle and strength development.

The Muscle Compendium

The Muscle Compendium is our eBook training guide designed to help you accomplish the following goals:

  • Help you understand the anatomy and function of major muscle groups through science (and simplification of it).
  • Give you tips on how to target and maximize development in each major muscle group.
  • Give you our recommended exercises based on science and personal experience.
  • Experience Workout program examples (with a blueprint or template) that prioritize frequency-based training and efficiency.
  • Save you years of trial and error by simplifying exercise with an evidence-based approach.

With the Muscle Compendium, we wanted to simplify fitness and train muscles with correct movement patterns. Training in these movement patterns allows us to build more functional muscles.

As this eBook is Hypertrophy-Specific, this means that it's intention is to help you build muscle. Muscular development tends to tighten your muscles, so do incorporate cardiovascular exercise and mobility work along with it.
