When I starting developing Reforged, there were a few things in mind that I wanted to accomplish.
From these ideas, came a philosophy or ideology we believe in.
The Transformative Purpose was born.
Our products are forged with a Transformative Purpose. This means that each product is crafted to get you somewhere.
To get you to keep moving forward daily.
We accomplish this by achieving four goals, what we call the QSST:

Let's discuss the QSST.
The QSST allows us to create products that help you achieve your greatest potential. As we create our own fate through transformation, we believe these four goals are absolutely necessary.
Quality is everything.
The supplement industry typically factors quality on the taste and the intended benefits.
We take it further with our two other factors: experience and efficacious dosages.
Our experience goes beyond the effects you feel afterward. The Reforged experience focuses on what our supplements provide overtime.
An Efficacious dose is defined as the desired amount to achieve the desired improvement. Our products are made with science-based efficacious dosages. These are supplements that I confidently use on a daily basis because they ARE quality.
We don't just promise - we deliver.
Our products were created to journey alongside you. Think of Reforged as your mentor on your journey to greatness.
We want to help you achieve your greatest potential.
As the FDA doesn't regulate each supplement that goes out in the industry, we know that it could be a scary thought.
I've personally taken supplements that eventually became banned.
As such, we use the World Anti-Doping Agency's banned substance list before coming up with our supplements.
This allows us to truly focus on safe products.
Reforged values a minimalistic mindset when it comes to crafting our supplements. As such, most of our products have only a few components in their formulations.
This allows us to really focus on prioritizing the components that actually work in our products. No proprietary blends or matrixes.
We give you each component and educate you on each so that you can truly optimize your lifestyle.
Some may think that minimalism is less, but that is incorrect. It allows us to put more into the things that matter most.
Less is sometimes even more.
You will see everything that is in our products through our label.

When you're depressed, even when you're not expending a lot of energy... you don't feel like you have any energy to spare to begin with.
It can be aggravating to hear that you need to work out to boost your endorphins, (or whatever your friends say to you).
In reality, they aren't wrong... but how can you exercise if you can't even get out of bed?
Is there something wrong with us?
Absolutely not. This happens with depression.
The thing with depression is that your whole body may feel like it is against you... and it's very frustrating.
I've been there.
But I was forced to work out once I committed to it because of an accountability partner I had.

Hydration is paramount to your health and wellbeing.
When I worked my previous management job, I ran three rental car branches simultaneously at a time where one of the other managers was gone for over a month.
I would try to get my water in regularly, but the locations were incredibly busy. You would always find me at the front desk with customers swarming in.
This played a large part in my stress and I never knew it did until I found a way to actually get drink more water.
In this short post, we are going to go over why hydration is essential for mental health.

When I was overweight, I was inactive, depressed, and had insomnia.
I would isolate myself from social interaction, which led me down a dark path where I contemplated suicide.
Eventually, fitness was my salvation, as physical activity led to me sleeping better, eating better, feeling better, and thinking better.
Prior to exercise, I was stuck in what was deemed an Inactivity Trap.
So in this post, we are going to go over an article that was written in 2009 with the same name, called "The Inactivity Trap". This article included studies that supported their claims from a psychological standpoint which intrigued me as well.
