L-Theanine is a nootropic found in green tea that helps promote relaxation and calmness. While it is typically used with caffeine, we extracted l-theanine for its calming and anxiety-reducing properties.

HOW TO USE
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules with an 8-12FL oz of water 30 minutes to an hour before bed.
