Hey there, I am Tony.

Over a decade ago, I was overweight, sleep-deprived, and most notably, depressed.

I would get regularly bullied all throughout middle school to high school.

This led me to isolate myself from others.

This isolation led me down to my lowest point, where I contemplated suicide.

It was not until I told my mother about what I was dealing with that she told me out of love: "let's do something about it".

So we started working out.

At first, I despised it... until I started noticing improvements.

I ate better. I slept better. I felt better... and then I eventually looked better.

I realized that exercise can be a catalyst to a greater self.

A decade later, I still have my rough days... but they're so much easier to manage now.

And today, I want to give you something I wish I had at the beginning of my journey.
